PAWS for a cuppa

Novelist and TV personality Amanda Brunker was on hand at Il Posto restaurant on Stephen’s Green on Tuesday, 10th March, to launch the first ever PAWS for a Cuppa campaign, a week of tea parties being held in aid of PAWS Animal Rescue from April 13th to 19th 2015.

PAWS founder Gina Hetherington encouraged people to register online to host a tea party; “At the moment we have over 100 dogs in our care and as you can imagine that’s a lot of hungry mouths to feed!

PAWS for a Cuppa

Hosting a PAWS for a Cuppa tea party gives you the opportunity to spend some quality time together with family and friends, but the money you raise will help us in our never-ending struggle to find forever homes for wonderful dogs.

PAWS for a Cuppa

We are delighted to say that there are tea parties planned in Sweden and Italy in aid of our organisation and we are urging people here to PAWS for a Cuppa and help us raise necessary funds next month. We plan to make this an annual event and hope that in a few years’ time we will have one thousand PAWS for a Cuppa parties around Ireland.”

PAWS Animal Rescue Cuppa Campaign runs from April 13th to 19th 2015.You can register online for your free PAWS for a Cuppa organisers pack at www.paws.ie/paws-for-a-cuppa/.
